To cancel, please always do so by phone or SMS at 0477 28 30 83 (no voicemails). Our reservation system automatically sends you email reminders, so an appointment won't be forgotten.
Already paid cancellations will not be refunded. Also in case of illness or accident: just give us a heads up — we keep the entire complex reserved for you.
We accept two Bongo vouchers: Wellness for two deluxe (value €124.90) and Unique moments with two (value €149.90). For all Bongo packages, you pay a supplement of €15.00 on-site. Have a different voucher? Bongo will exchange it for you (if your voucher has a lower value, you pay the difference).
One value voucher can be used per reservation. Our vouchers are — unless otherwise stated — valid for one year and cannot be exchanged for cash.
On-site you can pay in cash, with Payconiq or with the bancontact app. We do not have a card terminal. Webshop orders are paid in advance by bank transfer to BE32 4310 7398 5102 (BIC KREDBEBB) in the name of Bvba Sekkimmo.
